As a 100% Brazilian company, it owns three brands—Brazzo, Mobato, and Varimax—with six strategically located distribution centers across the country and an extensive portfolio comprising thousands of high-quality items aimed at customer satisfaction, reinforced by ISO 9001:2015 certification. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, assess, and control occupational and environmental hazards to ensure safe working conditions. * Conduct periodic inspections and issue reports with preventive and corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable legislation. * Develop, maintain, and update technical programs and reports (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, PPP, CAT). * Deliver mandatory training sessions and educational campaigns, supporting CIPA and prevention initiatives. * Manage the control and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring proper usage and up-to-date records. * Investigate accidents and incidents, issuing reports and proposing preventive measures. * Support management in implementing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies and performance indicators. * Represent the company before regulatory agencies, supporting licensing processes and audits. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed **Technical Course in Occupational Safety**, with certificate recognized by the **Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC)**. Especially knowledge of **NRs 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 17, 18, 23, and 35**, among other NRs applicable to the company’s activities. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Familiarity with labor legislation. * Professional development courses (e.g., specific NRs, fire brigade training, first aid, ergonomics).
