It offers a variety of products to enhance the flavor of food. **Responsibilities:** Prepare meals, controlling quantity, quality, and cooking time of foods to achieve satisfactory results regarding taste and presentation. Handle meal preparation equipment and utensils. Ensure hygiene during food handling, applying correct methods of cleaning and food preservation, as well as ensuring cleaning of equipment, facilities, utensils, and work areas themselves, in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual. Decorate dishes as required. Guide assistants in meal preparation, supervising all tasks performed to maintain quality standards. Assist in team guidance. Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment when performing tasks. Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace and perform other related tasks as needed. Verify that supplied ingredients match the prescribed quantity and specifications. Store foodstuffs properly to prevent contamination and spoilage. Operate stoves and other appliances for food preparation, heating, and refrigeration. Review the daily menu to verify the next day’s supplies. Follow portioning guidelines according to the contract. Collect samples and complete forms in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual (MBPF). Work in compliance with technical standards and procedures regarding quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation. Tasks relevant to Cook routines.
