We are looking for someone who will be responsible for: - Providing technical leadership for the team, supporting individual development, promoting best practices, and ensuring alignment with product and business goals; - Defining, evolving, and sustaining the architecture of solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, performance, and reliability of applications; - Translating business requirements into viable technical solutions, actively participating in development and code reviews when necessary; - Developing and maintaining critical tax-domain solutions, including integrations with SEFAZ and complex tax rules; - Ensuring quality standards, testing, observability, monitoring, and production stability; - Collaborating with PO/PM on planning, prioritization, and refinement of requirements, ensuring predictability and delivery quality; - Driving continuous improvement by identifying technical bottlenecks, proposing innovations, and evolving platform APIs and integrations.
