Plan, schedule, and monitor transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with customer requirements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DETAILED DESCRIPTION** * Schedule and monitor road transportation operations according to demand and available capacity; * Plan routes, pickup windows, and delivery windows to optimize costs and deadlines; * Assign vehicles and drivers (owned fleet and third-party) based on operational requirements; * Monitor trip execution, addressing incidents and necessary adjustments; * Maintain communication with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal departments; * Ensure compliance with agreed deadlines and operational procedures; * Verify and ensure correct transportation documentation (CT\-e, MDF\-e, NF\-e, where applicable); * Record information and costs in the system; * Monitor transportation performance indicators (OTIF, productivity, costs, SLA); * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to scheduling and transportation execution processes.
