SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST (DATA FOCUS)

The wide range of sealing solutions developed by TEADIT Group is deployed across the world’s largest industries, ensuring optimal operational performance with a focus on leak reduction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather user requirements for improvements and/or new implementations; * Conduct data collection and analysis; * Perform database planning and modeling; * Carry out system development and maintenance; * Provide user support for developed systems; * Identify process failures within systems; * Monitor and validate new implementations; * Explore new development solutions; * Identify opportunities for business value generation and data utilization; * Develop machine learning models and algorithms for predictive analytics and optimizations; * Collect data from various sources, ensuring information integrity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Must be available for on-site work in Itatiba, SP and/or Campinas, SP;** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Analysis; * Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in IT or related fields (preferred); * Experience with Python, SQL Server, and PL/SQL databases; * Experience with ticketing systems; * Experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering; * Knowledge of C#, .NET, and its platform; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Angular 15+; * Knowledge of code version control tools (Git); * Knowledge of Oracle (a plus); * Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI); * Intermediate English (preferred). **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Group life insurance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Pharmacy benefit program; * Transportation allowance or chartered transportation (depending on location); * On-site parking; * Annual profit-sharing and results-based bonus (PLR).
