Responsibilities and Duties * Prepare and adjust guides and fixtures on assembly and cutting equipment to ensure quality and optimal material utilization; * Operate sheet and timber beam cutting equipment; sort and position parts onto kit carts for better organization and assembly efficiency; * Safely and productively operate hand tools, manual equipment, and machines at your workstation in accordance with work instructions and technical guidelines; * Report performed operations by completing verification sheets, checklists, etc., to ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and productivity requirements; * Perform cleaning of machines and fixtures using appropriate materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace per 5S guidelines; * Assemble panels, trusses, roof peaks, floor systems, and stairs per work instructions and defined procedures, meeting production volumes, costs, and deadlines; * Inspect completed work using tape measures, calipers, guides, and fixtures per project drawings and specifications; * Visually inspect pressure gauges, mechanical components, and equipment functionality, performing simple maintenance to ensure equipment availability; * Carry out minor improvement tasks such as assembling kit carts, workbenches, and production guides to optimize time and organization.
