We are seeking a Procurement Logistics Coordinator to lead the management of all Unilever Brazil industrial warehouses—whether internal (at manufacturing plants) or outsourced—with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Because here, we don’t just hire for roles—we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and negotiate contracts with logistics operators for industrial warehouses (permanent and temporary), ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with production needs. * Execute ITM (inventory-to-manufacturing) procurement, coordinate raw material unloading, and manage internal logistics for industrial operations. * Lead procurement processes for international trade services, ensuring seamless integration between domestic and international operations. * Implement strategies for optimizing logistics costs using methodologies such as 7-step strategic sourcing, underpinned by spend analysis, market analysis, should-cost modeling, total cost of ownership (TCO), etc. * Monitor logistics KPIs, report results, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and mutual development. * Promote the adoption of digital tools and sustainable practices across the logistics chain. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven prior experience in designing service procurement strategies, preferably within logistics. * Experience negotiating with logistics operators and managing contracts, including knowledge of warehousing operations. * Advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of strategic sourcing, portfolio management, and industrial logistics operations (ITM). **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do**.
