Sales Representative (Franca/SP) - Temporary

Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeDeservesCare** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will** * Achieve sales results and market penetration of products by building productive relationships with specialists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers; * Reach sales targets and market share through strategic planning, efficiently allocating time and available financial resources; * Achieve optimal promotional performance of the company's products through training, improving sales techniques, thorough knowledge of promoted products and competitors, and especially understanding physicians' prescribing behavior; * Ensure sustainability of the company's brands and maintain physician prescriptions by creating, refining, and adapting sales strategies, effectively addressing objections and expressed needs, maintaining consistent and sequential promotional visits with productive feedback and alignment with physicians; * Maximize portfolio productivity through route planning and optimization, constant updates and maintenance of medical registry information, and focused product positioning in key areas of prescribing potential based on audits and tools provided by the company; * Ensure the company's excellence image in the market through expertise, respectful and ethical conduct toward physicians, patients, and office staff; * Contribute to a positive organizational climate through collaborative attitudes and active participation in seeking alternatives and providing suggestions with District Managers and team colleagues; * Actively participate in process improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our process:** * Completed or ongoing higher education; * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Availability to reside in the city where the position is based; * Availability for travel. **You will stand out if you have:** * Preferably, prior experience in commercial activities and/or customer service. **Additional information** **\+ Information** Work location (Base): **Franca \- SP** Coverage areas: **São Joaquim da Barra, Ipua, and Franca** Schedule: Monday to Friday – **44 weekly working hours** A valid CNH is **essential** for performing the role.
