




The ideal candidate for this position is a professional who performs payroll-related activities, ensuring the integrity of related information from the beginning of the process through to employee payment. Responsibilities * Generation and transmission of information to partner departments; * Ensuring accurate accounting integration; * Verification and monitoring of processes; * Monthly closing processing; * Development and monitoring of departmental KPIs, aiming at systemic improvements; * Interpretation and configuration of collective bargaining agreements; * Data configuration in the system (testing on the UAT environment); * Monitoring and reporting results to senior management; * Responding to internal client inquiries (via Chat, email, and service tickets) Requirements (We require that you already have) * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of process management technologies; * Experience and/or participation in projects; * Familiarity with HR department routines; * Knowledge of systems: Antares (Apdata), People, Oracle; * Proficiency with Google Workspace tools; * Minimum six months in your current role.
