Managing resources on AWS and GCP Description Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the organization's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing that cloud environments and corporate platforms operate reliably, efficiently, and aligned with business needs. **Prerequisites:** * Experience with IT infrastructure and server administration * Experience with cloud computing (AWS or GCP) * Administration of Linux and Windows Server environments * Experience with monitoring and observability * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPN, DNS, and firewalls * Experience with access management and information security * Experience with system and infrastructure troubleshooting * Level 2/3 technical support **Responsibilities:** * Cloud Infrastructure * Administer and maintain environments on AWS and GCP * Manage resources such as VMs, storage, virtual networks, and managed services * Control permissions and access policies (IAM) * Monitor infrastructure consumption, performance, and costs * Support deployment, scalability, and high availability processes * Platform Support * Administer and ensure availability of GLPI, GIRO, and Grafana platforms * Monitor application and infrastructure metrics and logs * Perform troubleshooting for cloud-hosted services and applications * Drive continuous improvement of internal organizational tools * Monitoring and Observability * Monitor system, server, and application availability * Configure and maintain dashboards and alerts in Grafana * Identify and proactively address incidents and service degradations * Support incident analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) * Infrastructure Administration * Administer Windows and Linux servers * Manage networks, VPNs, firewalls, and inter-environment connectivity * Enforce security policies, access controls, and security updates * Manage backups and data recovery routines * Support and Operations * Respond to tickets related to infrastructure and platforms * Diagnose and resolve network, system, and application incidents * Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for infrastructure
