**Description:** Responsibilities **Technical Support:** Provide technical support to customers, including training, troubleshooting, and assistance in using public accounting systems. **Guidance and Information Collection:** Assist customers by guiding them on correct procedures and collecting relevant information regarding issues or support requests. **Knowledge of Public Accounting Systems:** Possess in-depth knowledge of accounting systems used in the public sector, including budgeting systems, governmental accounting systems, and public management systems. **Technical Problem Resolution:** Identify and resolve technical issues related to accounting systems, including detection and resolution of failures, errors, and integration problems. **Updates and Maintenance:** Ensure systems are updated with the latest software versions and that preventive maintenance is performed regularly. **System Integration:** Work on integrating accounting systems with other tools and applications. **Communication:** Communicate effectively. **Training:** Provide ongoing training to users. **Regulatory Compliance Monitoring:** Stay up to date with governmental regulations related to public accounting and ensure systems comply with these regulations. **Emergency Response:** Handle emergency situations. **Documentation:** Develop, update, and review operational and technical manuals for systems. **Data Backup and Restoration:** Knowledge of performing database backup and restoration. **Customer Visits:** Conduct periodic or as-needed visits to customers. **Desired Requirements:** Requirements Students or graduates in Accounting or related fields. Experience in technical support, preferably in public accounting. Knowledge of public accounting routines and systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to support a variety of software and applications required by users in the workplace. Skill in handling high-pressure situations and resolving problems effectively. **Driver’s License:** Category B, with availability to drive and travel.
