A person **passionate about team development**, promoting engagement toward sustainable outcomes, ensuring maintenance operational excellence, and contributing to continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * **People Management** Lead, engage, and develop the team, promoting clear communication, continuous training, and a cooperative culture. * **Safety and Compliance** Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations, guaranteeing safe practices across all activities. * **Operational Management and KPIs** Monitor maintenance KPIs, data, and targets, structuring routines, planning, and actions aligned with Grupo Petrópolis guidelines. * **Maintenance Execution** Coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities; analyze failures; optimize shutdowns; and reduce equipment non-productive time. * **Continuous Improvement and Projects** Support research on new materials, propose improvements to PCM, monitor layout modifications, installations, and projects. * **Supplier and Third-Party Relations** Develop new suppliers, evaluate external services, and ensure compliance with scope, deadlines, and safety standards. * **Organization and Quality** Maintain maintenance areas organized and aligned with quality tools. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree or Technologist in Industrial Automation, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Electrotechnics, Industrial Mechanics, and/or Industrial Mechatronics. * **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of Automation, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electrical Systems, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Major Shutdown Maintenance, and ERP systems; NR 10 and NR 13 certifications. * **Industrial experience, preferably in medium-to-large-scale companies.** * **Knowledge of Packaging, Process, and Utilities areas.** * **Solid experience managing multidisciplinary teams.** * **Willingness to work rotating shifts.** **Ideal Profile** * Inspiring, results-oriented leader with strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills. * Strong relationship-building abilities with key clients and internal departments. * Agile decision-making, strategic vision, and ability to turn challenges into opportunities. * Passionate about developing people and building sustainable results. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Pharmacy Benefits * Saber Viver Program * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Telemedicine * Profit Sharing * Pet Health Insurance (Guapeco) * Monthly Pack and Birthday & Christmas Kits * Wellhub (Gympass)
