




Responsibilities: * Provide specialized technical support for operating systems and customer systems, ensuring appropriate guidance to users; * Respond to and meticulously document all received requests, ensuring information accuracy; * Meet established service-level agreements (SLAs); * Create, update, and maintain technical procedures and the knowledge base; * Handle service requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology; * Advanced knowledge of microcomputing (Windows, Office, etc.), network services, operating systems, and server applications; * Experience in performing routine technical tasks, documenting procedures, and focusing on remote support; * Strong interpersonal skills and a strong interest in continuous learning; * Microsoft technical certification (preferred). *\-\> On-site position in Feira de Santana; schedule: Mondays from 00:00 to 06:00; Tuesdays through Saturdays from 22:30 to 07:00.* Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2,000.00 \- R$2,400.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
