We are looking for a **Developer – Dynamics CRM** to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Implement, enhance, and support the Customer Service module in Dynamics CRM; * Map and analyze customer service processes to propose improvements based on platform capabilities; * Configure and customize Dynamics functionalities (entities, workflows, dashboards, forms, business rules, etc.); * Integrate Dynamics with legacy systems when required; * Participate in meetings with business units, translating their needs into technically viable solutions; * Support functional testing, training, and documentation of delivered solutions. **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in the Customer Service module; * Knowledge of data and process modeling related to customer service; * Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus; * Familiarity with integration tools and API logic is desirable; * Strong communication skills and a customer-value delivery focus. * **Advanced/Fluent Spanish.** **Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging** At Capgemini, you can be yourself.
