The apprentice will be supervised and have opportunities to develop administrative and organizational skills. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **Responsibilities** * Assist with document organization, filing, and digitization. * Support updating internal spreadsheets and databases. * Assist with sorting, verification, and distribution of documents among departments. * Organize office supplies and manage basic inventory. * Perform routine administrative tasks (e.g., protocols, labeling, document separation). * Assist with administrative tasks in departments such as HR, Reception, Finance, and Billing, as required. * Maintain an organized workplace and support the team with general tasks. **Requirements** * Age within the Junior Apprentice Program criteria (14 to 24 years old); * Currently enrolled in or completed high school; * Interest in learning administrative routines; * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) are considered a plus.
