Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise receiving, inspection, and storage processes for raw materials (RM) * Supervise picking and dispatching processes for finished products (FP) to CIMED production plants * Assist in developing and maintaining warehouse and shipping department procedures * Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with documented warehouse and shipping procedures * Control processes and activities so they are executed virtually (SAP) as they are physically executed * Conduct quarterly cyclic inventories of RM and FP stock; monitor weekly cyclic production inventories; and fulfill ad-hoc inventory requests * Plan and organize receiving and storage operations jointly with the PCP (Production Control and Planning) department * Manage requisition, storage, and control of non-productive materials * Monitor maintenance and requirements for forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure they remain in good working condition * Track fiscal vs. physical incoming goods, as well as monitor the status of requisitions and purchase orders **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Advanced knowledge of the SAP system * Logical reasoning skills for monitoring receiving, transfers, and shipments * Analytical skills for investigating discrepancies between physical stock and system records * Basic understanding of budget request workflows and requisition creation/monitoring * Basic understanding of fiscal entry workflows and intercompany transfer invoice issuance **Additional Information** * A technical assessment may be administered during the hiring process, as required by the department * Location: Pouso Alegre * Shift: Second shift (3:10 PM to 12:36 AM) * Work Modality: 100% On-site We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** running through our veins—and we believe everyone, no matter where they live in the country, deserves access to quality healthcare.
