Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure achievement of production targets and established deadlines; * Ensure and maintain employee training according to the training matrix; * Ensure proper completion of documentation by employees; * Monitor internal audits of production areas; * Monitor productivity indices of production areas; * Prepare incident reports for shifts worked; * Initiate and assist in incident investigations within the CIGED system; * Control process deviations, production losses, and downtime, aiming to prevent material waste; * Verify correct execution of in-process control tests; * Monitor proper disposition of production materials and waste; * Propose process improvements aimed at quality and productivity; * Evaluate preventive maintenance plans, verify their implementation, and request corrective maintenance as needed; * Ensure area, equipment, and material cleanliness; * Ensure proper disposal of industrial waste; * Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Safety, Hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards; * Provide input for daily and weekly production scheduling; * Request raw materials via daily scheduling from the weighing department; * Request primary and secondary packaging materials via daily scheduling from the warehouse; * Update and keep employees informed regarding the department’s daily schedule; * Monitor and manage raw material inventory in bulk tanks; * Lead people management, supervise, develop, and guide employees on company policies; * Schedule employee vacations in accordance with the annual plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress** in Pharmacy, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry; * Experience managing operational teams; * Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industrial performance indicators, deviation investigations, and production process control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is mandatory; * Availability to work first shift in Pouso Alegre \- MG; Experience in oral solid dosage manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, SAP, and process validation will be considered advantageous. * **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the selection process, based on departmental needs. * Location: Pouso Alegre/MG * Schedule: First shift \- 5:40 AM to 3:10 PM * Work Modality: 100% On-site We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** flowing through our veins, committed to ensuring quality healthcare access nationwide—because, for us, medicine has no social class.
