Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate a multidisciplinary maintenance team, directing objectives, requirements, standards, and quality levels of maintenance activities through KPIs, activity planning, and criticality assessment, aiming to optimize maintenance outcomes and associated costs, maximize efficiency, and ensure high-quality execution. * Validate asset inspection plans by conducting technical analysis and reviewing asset specifications to maximize asset availability. * Validate preventive and predictive maintenance schedules by verifying required activities and available resources, ensuring timely completion of related tasks and flawless execution and quality of performed work. * Specify equipment and spare parts for assets, performing technical research, supplier consultations, and supplier development to optimize and minimize associated costs while guaranteeing asset quality. * Facilitate communication between clients and the maintenance team by assessing client needs, evaluating complexity and compatibility, establishing a logical sequence, and directing task execution to the maintenance team. * Control maintenance costs for the assigned area by monitoring procurement needs for maintenance supplies and spare parts, ensuring adherence to the approved budget. * Develop new suppliers by analyzing supplier performance and service conditions to achieve optimal cost-benefit ratios, service quality, and supplied item quality. * Develop maintenance team members by understanding team needs and providing employee development through feedback, career guidance, training, and knowledge exchange. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering degree; * Postgraduate studies in related fields are desirable. * Maintenance management, people management, and project management experience; * Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and automation. **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the hiring process, as required by the department. * Location: Pouso Alegre - MG | Unit II * Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:48 * Work Modality: 100% On-site We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** running through our veins, and we aim to ensure that everyone across the country has access to quality healthcare—because, for us, medicine has no social class.
