Handling documentation and information related to health insurance plans/tests **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges in this area:** This person will be responsible for serving customers of Méthodos Laboratory / Fleury Group. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers' needs, focusing on preserving humanized service without compromising the quality and excellence we highly value. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare the customer service counter according to standard operating procedures; Request from the customer personal identification documents with photo, health insurance card (validity date, name as stated), medical order, or for private orders and necessary preparation instructions for tests; verify if the information is recorded in the system for confirmation or perform registration; Provide information regarding health insurance plans and required preparations for tests (imaging/sample collection/vaccination); Perform test quotations and scheduling (by phone or system) according to the client's chosen location; Verify service request forms and private medical orders; verify simulated reports and generate comprehensive report summaries upon leadership request; Control and forward (via courier, mail, e-mail, or system) service request forms to the billing department for payment processing; Perform pre-billing/verification of service request forms using reports generated by the computerized system, verifying all aspects of the service—from customer, physician, and test registration data to final summary submission to the billing department for invoicing with health insurance providers. **We are looking for someone who has:** Completed High School; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Work Model: On-site** **Work Location**: Méthodos Unit - Pouso Alegre (Silviano Brandão) **Address:** Silviano Brandão, 329 – Centro **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (4 hours on Saturday). **Workload:** 220 hours per month We work to promote an inclusive culture that seeks equity and values diversity.
