




Job Summary: Manage regional leaders, disseminate corporate culture, monitor key performance indicators, delegate tasks, and ensure branch operations and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic monitoring of branch performance indicators and operations * Manage regional leaders within your area of responsibility, including selection, training, goal setting, evaluation, coaching, and consequence management as needed. * Promote company culture to foster an excellent organizational climate. * Guide, monitor, and approve team attendance records in accordance with internal processes and legislation. * Conduct routine meetings to ensure effective communication and information dissemination. * Monitor branch management indicators and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met. * Delegate daily and exceptional tasks to branch leaders. * Closely monitor branches, conducting on-site visits whenever necessary. * Ensure implementation of occupational safety procedures and environmental quality standards. * Enforce maintenance of the internal system, tracking cargo movements. * Monitor branch volume metrics and request temporary staff from Human Resources when required. * Ensure correct implementation of all driver management procedures, from recruitment to payment. * Request necessary resources from support departments to ensure proper branch operations. * Execute and monitor all branch administrative routines, including prospecting new properties for relocation or operational expansion. * Provide administrative support to the regional office, both internally and externally, as requested. * Manage company assets assigned to branches. * Record working hours in compliance with established rules. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
