Analyze role-specific needs and implement personalized activities to support such performance, following established protocols. Conduct physical fitness assessments for specific roles, developing and administering physical tests. Assess physical health risks associated with each role, participating in accident prevention, health, and quality-of-life programs to mitigate identified risks. Perform tasks related to education and promotion campaigns on quality of life, developing relevant content, delivering lectures/presentations, and/or guiding target audiences on topics related to health, safety, and quality of life. Support the sustainable growth of the Quality of Life department and related areas, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, preservation, storage, and control of all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace. Monitor and provide support via in-person assistance, advising employees on matters related to associated areas within the scope of assigned responsibilities and competencies. Plan, guide, and promote health and quality-of-life initiatives for employees and the organization, executing targeted actions. Comply with and contribute to the development/updates of sector-specific health, hygiene, and occupational safety protocols, norms, and procedures, as well as compliance requirements and applicable regulatory obligations. Report accidents or injuries occurring during organized activities or training sessions under supervision. \#LI\-TS1 **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Quality Management, Logistics, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Norms (NRs) for the sector. Driver’s License Category E. **You Stand Out If You Have:** Experience developing instructional materials and training methodologies.
