**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support management in reviewing, developing, implementing, and monitoring programs, action plans, and internal policies aimed at promoting and maintaining organizational well-being, tracking and evaluating their outcomes;

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Investigate and identify the customer’s vehicle needs, ensuring service aligned with the company’s value proposition;
* Perform product assembly and disassembly and deliver sold services to customers, prioritizing safety and quality in accordance with company technical standards;
* Promote and demonstrate DPaschoal products and services through your technical knowledge, so our customers become increasingly informed about their vehicle’s maintenance needs and appropriate solutions;
* Possess thorough technical knowledge of performed services to convey confidence and transparency when communicating information to customers;
* Be proactive and report the company on possible irregularities—such as issues with the customer’s vehicle or company equipment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed elementary education;
* High school enrollment is a plus;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B);
* Technical experience in automotive services and customer service;
* Preferred: Knowledge of the automotive sector.
