We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the rules are clear and growth is based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare parts for the assembly process, performing finishing, weld and plastic removal from sheet metal parts using manual tools such as sanders, orbital sanders, and polishers; * Move production carts within the process; * Route non-conforming parts, completing the identification label and placing them in the quality department’s non-conforming parts area; * Inspect the quality of purchased or internal materials to verify compliance and identify non-conformities, according to received training; * Notify immediate supervisor of any production interference that may compromise work results; * Complete the checklist according to production process stages, covering all necessary procedures to ensure compliance with requirements; * Record start and completion of production orders at the workstation, as well as log absences and production interferences; * Understand, comply with, and enforce proper use of supply and production kanbans across production areas; * Use production consumables in accordance with kanban movement training, aiming to control material availability on the production line; * Conduct 5S program audits on production lines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (enrollment must be active—not on hold). **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Support for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
