**Main responsibilities:** Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of your immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one of the stages in the production process; assist in food assembly, cleaning and preparation of leafy greens, collecting and identifying food samples, and receiving meal vouchers. Pre-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. Pre-prepare salads. Pre-prepare desserts. Assist in food assembly and restocking. **Requirements:** Relevant work experience in this role.
