Come join Cimed! **Responsibilities and duties** * Management of Distribution Centers and all their internal activities. * Governance of processes: Receiving, Storage, Inventory, Picking, Shipping, Invoicing, and Product Returns. * Management of large teams (over 150 people). * Budget management (budget). * Ensure smooth supply flow to customers. * Supplier management, especially transportation providers. * Act as the focal point for key activities involving the invoicing process. * Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Quality, Safety, and other internal company policies. * Management of contracts related to suppliers providing services at the Distribution Center. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Trade, Law, Economics, or related fields. * Interaction with various company departments, with emphasis on Sales, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Quality, SSMA, Human Resources, S&OP, Procurement, Legal/Tax, Regulatory, and Finance. * Contact with general suppliers, transportation providers, and customers (field team, RCA’s), promoting alignment and partnership. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced Excel); * Knowledge of Power BI and SAP. **Additional information** * A technical test may be applied during the process, depending on the area's needs. * Location: Pouso Alegre - MG * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:48 * Work mode: 100% On-site We are a 100% national company with **yellow blood** running through our veins, and we want everyone, anywhere in the country, to have access to quality healthcare—after all, for us, medicine has no social class.
