Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. * 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. * 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. * 4\. Assist in plating and restocking food items. * 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. * 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. * 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. * 8\. Collect and identify food samples. * 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of your immediate supervisor). * 10\. Perform related tasks. * 11\.
