Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for actively participating in production, ensuring the quality and safety of manufacturing, batching, and handling processes for ingredients, and adhering to operational and SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards 2. Active participation in product manufacturing and quality control 3. Guarantee of compliance with procedures and production plans * Participate in DDS at shift start. • Ensure SOIs are up to date. • Comply with SHE Policy: Respect Safety, Health, and Environmental standards per Unilever standards and applicable legislation, and report conditions or acts below standard. • Batch ingredients according to recipe in Wrong Addition. • Ensure identification of all ingredients per procedure. • Follow FIFO for raw materials. • Complete material verification checklists prior to product manufacturing. • Mix ingredients per recipe in mixers and collect samples for analysis. • Move materials using manual or electric pallet trucks. • Adhere to established baking parameters per procedure. • Dismantle and clean parts and equipment per procedure. • Ensure adherence to the production plan. • Complete dossiers for batched, mixed, and baked ingredients. • Keep UNIU trainings up to date. • Place empty trays and remove full trays from Mimac. • Demold baked Granola trays and pack into 20-kilogram bags. • Dispose of waste in designated bins, clean the floor, and organize the work area.
