




Job Description The professional will be responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient service and promoting the clinic's services, contributing to patient retention and business growth. Requirements * High school diploma; * Previous experience in reception or customer service (experience in dental environments is a plus). * Sales-oriented profile with strong communication and negotiation skills. * Good organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. * Basic computer knowledge (scheduling systems, email, spreadsheets). * Clear communication, friendliness, and courteous service. Main Responsibilities * Greet patients courteously, ensuring a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive at the clinic. * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments via phone, email, and in person. * Inform patients about services, plans, and payment methods, encouraging the sale of offered procedures and products. * Keep patient records updated and organized in the system. * Manage patient flow and professional schedules, preventing delays. * Receive and record payments, issue receipts, and manage billing. * Assist in maintaining an organized and tidy reception area. * Provide clear information regarding procedures, hours, and clinic policies. * Support the dental team with administrative and commercial tasks, helping achieve performance goals. Compensation and Benefits – Starting salary of R$ 1,518.00; – Attractive commission; – Transportation allowance; – Meal voucher; Work Schedule: – Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 – with Two (02) hours for lunch; – Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00; Location: Arco Verde PE.
