Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems and/or software from an end-user perspective. Basic knowledge of English and/or Spanish for tourism and hospitality. Basic understanding of Food Safety Standards and HACCP. Desirable: foundational leadership and guest service experience in bars, restaurants, buffets, or similar settings. Professional experience in this role within the hotel industry is considered advantageous. Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, commitment to employee development, strong sense of responsibility and urgency, effective communication, organizational skills, rigor, resilience, and creativity. Availability for a 6x1 rotating schedule. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure that the unit’s food and beverage services are delivered according to customer needs and Vila Galé standards. Provide direct customer service when required, fostering close relationships and ensuring service quality. Supervise opening and closing procedures of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets in accordance with operating hours. Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the department. Order supplies for the department as needed. Coordinate periodic inventories of service materials. Support onboarding and training of new employees. Evaluate team performance and implement necessary corrective actions. Propose and conduct, where qualified, technical training sessions for employees. Assist in preparing work schedules, days off, and vacation plans.
