Job Description Summary Description The Occupational Safety Technician is the professional dedicated to promoting and maintaining safe working environments. Their primary function involves identifying, assessing, and controlling occupational risks to ensure the physical integrity and health of employees. This role also includes implementing prevention programs, safety training, regular inspections, and conducting accident investigations; this position reports to the EHS Leader. Responsibilities Comply with: applicable legislation, standards, policies, plans, and occupational safety and environmental programs related to the project or plant where assigned, and its surrounding areas; Assist in:* Emergency first aid calls; * Emergency高空 rescue calls; * Emergency firefighting calls (buildings and vegetation); * Emergency responses for oil or fuel spill containment; * Execution of activities described in all occupational safety programs; * Inspections of PPE and engineering controls; * Review of occupational safety programs; * Review of the emergency response plan. Execute:* Conduct risk assessments and report them to the EHS leader; * Safety inspections on wind turbines (including climbing the tower); * Safety inspections on electrical work; * General activity monitoring; * Manage EHS-related documentation; * Educational actions in the EHS area; * EHS inductions; * Incident/accident investigations; * DDS; * Control of PPE and engineering controls; * Request PPE and engineering controls; * Report relevant KPI data to the EHS leader; * Emergency drills involving fire departments, ambulance services, and hospitals. Required Qualifications* Occupational Safety Technician certification (2 years); * Active professional registration; * Brazilian Driver's License - CNH B; * Capable of working outdoors in adverse weather conditions, climbing stairs without assistance, and working at heights above 80 meters; * Knowledge of LOTO procedures; * Knowledge of firefighting; * Experience in working-at-height safety; * Experience in electrical work activities; Desired Qualifications* Training in electrical work safety NR-10 and NR-10 SEP; * Pre-hospital care training or civilian professional firefighter qualification; * Computer skills using word processing, spreadsheets, email programs, facility control, and management systems; * Effective interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skills; * Experience working in confined spaces; * Experience working on wind turbines;
