Maintenance contract management Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields; * Experience in industrial maintenance planning and control, preferably in the agricultural or industrial sector; * Knowledge of maintenance management systems (ERP/MRP/CMMS); * Ability to analyze performance indicators, maintenance indicators, and reliability metrics; * Capability to develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules; * Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills; * Desired knowledge of contract management, maintenance costs, and spare parts inventory. Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan, organize, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities; * Develop maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment; * Monitor maintenance performance and efficiency indicators (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, etc.); * Manage spare parts and materials inventory required for maintenance; * Record and monitor work orders, ensuring execution within deadlines and quality standards; * Support failure analysis and propose improvements to enhance equipment reliability; * Assist in managing third-party maintenance contracts; * Prepare managerial reports on maintenance costs, performance, and effectiveness; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal departmental procedures.
