Job Summary: Work as an instructor in the training, development, and refresher programs for drivers, promoting road safety and operational process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Support the standardization of transportation processes. **TRUCK DRIVER INSTRUCTOR (MASTER DRIVER) \- ITAIPAVA NEIGHBORHOOD \- ITAJAÍ/SC** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Serve as an instructor for onboarding, training, and refresher courses for truck drivers. Guide drivers on defensive driving practices, eco-driving, road safety, and accident prevention. Accompany drivers on routes to evaluate technical performance, behavior, and adherence to operational procedures. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, internal policies, working hours, and safety rules. Perform vehicle checklists, reporting maintenance needs and safety conditions. Support the Transportation Department in standardizing processes, procedures, and operational best practices. Document evaluations, feedback, and evidence of conducted trainings. Prevent losses, damages, and incidents during transportation operations.
