Your primary activity is external customer service—both within the city and across the coverage region—helping users properly set up and use the products they contracted with us. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for operations at your assigned hub, including inventory management, receipt of assets, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, stock organization, and periodic inventory audits.
