We seek a MACHINE OPERATOR I to perform essential activities in the fertilizer loading process, both in masonry warehouses and dedicated operational areas. Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Loading products in masonry warehouses and dedicated warehouses, ensuring proper segregation and material handling according to Logistics Department instructions; * Operating loading equipment using HIGH-TIP and fixed bucket, ensuring precision and safety during fertilizer handling; * Performing pile breaking and rebuilding operations for fertilizers to facilitate loading and optimize utilization of stored products; * Loading hoppers, controlling flow and monitoring potential blockages or failures in the process; * Conducting pre-use equipment checklists, verifying safety items and functionality before commencing operations; * Performing basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment, preserving machine condition and preventing operational failures; * Providing general support in organizing loading areas, always focusing on safety, productivity, and service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in this role; * Valid driver’s license (CNH); * Operator certification. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: BRL 700.00 per month; * Transportation: Mobility assistance BRL 150.00; * Health plan: Unimed; * Dental plan: Bradesco; * Life insurance; * TotalPass.
