Responsible for managing the card promoter team at the branch where they operate, in order to boost VUON product sales and develop store teams through strategies aimed at improving results and customer experience, especially in high-potential units or those located in remote regions away from major urban centers. * Contribute to achieving VUON product enrollment targets by directly serving customers in stores and monitoring team routines and campaigns. * Promote adherence of store departments (cashier front and customer service) to VUON sales guidelines through training, guidance, and sample-based monitoring of customer interactions. * Keep store leaders informed about VUON results and strategies through weekly alignments with the store manager and cashier supervisor. * Ensure proper visibility of the VUON brand in stores through monthly checklists and on-site visual communication audits. * Manage team work routines through monthly shift planning, overtime tracking, vacation scheduling, and analysis of management reports provided by the HR department. * Serve customers and work on the store floor by actively listening to customer needs and supporting sales to enhance customer satisfaction. * Foster the development of the promoter team through regular feedback, performance monitoring, and encouragement of technical improvement.
