Provide service and support for HR routine tasks The company is seeking an HR Assistant in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification and system registration. Schedule admission, periodic, and exit medical examinations with accredited clinics. Perform recruitment and selection activities, including resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling. Post job openings on social media and other recruitment channels. Assist in drafting offer letters and other personnel department-related documents. Provide support to internal and external clients, clarifying questions regarding HR procedures. Perform general administrative tasks related to the HR department. Support internal meetings by assisting with venue setup and coffee break preparation. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
