Job Summary: Plan and schedule maintenance activities, monitor service orders, control material procurement, and prepare technical and managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Excel **MAINTENANCE PLANNER POSITION** **Location:** Cinquentenário, Belo Horizonte – MG **Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for the fleet; * Create, monitor, and close service orders (SOs), ensuring complete and accurate records; * Ensure adherence to maintenance plans within defined deadlines; * Monitor budgets, approvals, and execution of internal and external services; * Control procurement of parts, filters, oils, and other materials required for maintenance; * Monitor technical service requests and manage SLA compliance; * Prepare technical and managerial reports to support decision-making by coordination and management; * Perform entry and exit checklists for machines entering and leaving the workshop; * Track pending items, inspections, and manufacturer technical campaigns; * Maintain organization and accuracy of information in the system (ERP / Sisloc or similar). **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Experience in the field; * Proficiency in Excel; * Flexible working hours. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance (R$ 23.00), Transportation voucher, Fuel assistance, Medical assistance (Unimed), Dental assistance (Bradesco Seguros), Life insurance, Total Pass, Pharmacy assistance.
