Job Summary: Experienced professional in network infrastructure with a focus on industrial and mining environments, responsible for planning, maintenance, and monitoring of P2P and Mesh networks. Focus on information security and network asset management Description: Solid expertise in network infrastructure with emphasis on industrial environments and open-pit mines. Experience with Windows Server 2016 or later. Proficiency in BC Commander / BC Enterprise and Rajant radios or equivalent technologies. Experience in planning and maintenance of Point-to-Point (P2P) networks and Mesh networks (backhaul and EMSs). Knowledge of network monitoring tools, especially SolarWinds. Familiarity with TopCon Receiver Utility and related tools for host and asset management. Experience in monitoring servers, EMS (Ground Mobile Equipment), and ERB (Base Network Equipment). Knowledge of information security protocols and best practices for remote access management. Experience with Moxa switches and other industrial network equipment. Practical experience in industrial and mining environments, including understanding of field and mine operational routines and procedures. Knowledge of connectivity protocols and standards, asset maintenance, and network performance and coverage analysis. Microsoft Azure certification is desirable, as well as knowledge of ITIL and solution architecture. * Periodically review Field and Mine Network Infrastructure to ensure network asset compliance \-Plan point-to-point infrastructure using P2P radios and their platforms, and validate their effectiveness. * Establish and apply Mesh network connectivity parameters at the backhaul and EMS levels. * Stay updated on Mine operations and associated events, such as blast meetings, blasting activities, route changes, and access to the mining area. * Ensure LGPD compliance when using surveillance and/or recording systems. * Plan and validate network coverage infrastructure based on expansion or layout changes in the mining area. * Provide activity, team, and network coverage information upon request from partner teams. * Maintain Trailers/RMs in functional condition through corrective and/or preventive maintenance and cleaning. * Plan and oversee implementation activities for new P2P links. * Plan and execute standardization of EMS configurations. * Monitor supplier submission of materials for maintenance. * Maintain vegetation trimming near fiber optic cable pathways. * Maintain records in PHPIPAM/BC Commander/SolarWinds. * Insert, update, and remove equipment records in PHPIPAM/BC Commander/SolarWinds. * Install/configure BC Commander, Topcon Receiver Utility, and related tools on team hosts. * Manage firmware and network asset management software update routines to ensure equipment performance and security. * Validate embedded equipment deployed in the network infrastructure. * Provide the Embedded Team with information regarding IP address range requests for their equipment. * Perform troubleshooting for network performance and coverage relevant to the application. * Validate PTX and GPS of the connectivity kit upon access. * Validate access to systems associated with the Field and Mine Network (Load Controller/DVR). * Review information security parameters applicable to network assets. * Manage coverage analysis activities via BC Commander/BC Enterprise and analyze results, providing improvements when necessary. * Support the Field and Mine Network Team in activities classified as hazardous. * Provide SSO access to information. 251105020223793154
