Description

DRIVER: Operates fleet vehicles both within and outside municipalities, checking daily—before and after use—the vehicle's operating conditions, including tires, radiator water, battery, oil level, turn signals, brakes, clutch, fuel level, and other components; verifies that all required documentation for the vehicle to be used is complete and returns it to the immediate supervisor upon task completion; keeps the vehicle clean, both internally and externally, and in perfect working condition; observes and controls scheduled preventive maintenance and inspection intervals to ensure full operational readiness; records mileage, trips undertaken, transported items or persons, routes traveled, and other relevant occurrences according to established procedures and instructions received, to ensure proper administrative organization and control; returns the vehicle to a pre-designated location after use, parking and securing it properly; requests mechanical and maintenance services whenever vehicles exhibit any irregularities; transports people and equipment, ensuring their safety; performs delivery and collection of documents and materials when required; assists the General Directorate as needed; assists the Communications, Protocol, and Events Advisory Office as needed; performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
