We provide consulting services, software development, and technical support to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform diagnostics, corrective and preventive maintenance on computers and notebooks. Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, displays, keyboards, circuit boards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support for IT incidents related to hardware and software. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with security standards. Perform tasks associated with Field Technician routines. This position requires work in Montes Claros / MG.
