Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeDeservesCare** **Responsibilities and duties** **In your daily routine, you will** * Achieve sales and market penetration targets by building productive relationships with specialists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers; * Reach sales and market share goals through strategic planning, efficiently allocating time and available financial resources; * Achieve optimal promotional performance of the company's products through training, improving sales techniques, having thorough knowledge of promoted products, competitors, and especially physicians' prescribing behaviors; * Ensure brand sustainability and continued physician prescriptions by developing, refining, and adapting sales strategies, effectively addressing objections and expressed needs, maintaining consistent and sequential promotional visits with productive feedback and alignment with physicians; * Maximize portfolio productivity through route planning and optimization, constant updates and maintenance of medical registration data, and focused positioning of our products on key prescriber targets based on audits and tools provided by the company; * Uphold the company’s image of excellence in the market through knowledgeable, respectful, and ethical conduct toward physicians, patients, and clinic staff; * Contribute to a positive organizational climate by adopting a collaborative attitude and actively participating in seeking alternatives and providing suggestions together with District Managers and team colleagues; * Actively contribute to process improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed or ongoing higher education; * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Availability to reside in the city where the position is based; * Availability for travel. **You will stand out if you have:** * Preferably prior experience in sales or customer service roles. **Additional information** **\+ Information** Work location (base): **Bauru/SP** Coverage areas: **Bauru, Avaré, and Piraju regions** Schedule: Monday to Friday – **44 weekly working hours** Overnight stays: **Approximately 6 per month** A valid CNH is **mandatory** for performing the role.
