This professional will serve as a **key liaison among client, technical team, and sales team**, ensuring accurate proposals, aligned solutions, and real performance delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a **Solutions Architect**, supporting the **pre-sales and sales engineering process** for complex offerings * Conduct **value proofs** (ROI, Hands-On, Demonstrations, technical and functional PoCs, and Assessments) * Translate business requirements into **feasible technical and commercial solutions** * Perform **solution design** involving BPM, Automation, RPA, BI, and CRM * Support the sales team in developing **technical proposals, estimates, and solution architecture** * Provide consultative support from **diagnosis through value proposition**, ensuring alignment with the client's context * Interface between **client, technical team, and sales team**, reducing misalignment risks * Help **accelerate the sales cycle** and increase conversion rates **Functional Assessment** * Business process discovery and analysis (AS IS / TO BE) * Operational workflow and business rule mapping * Identification of bottlenecks, risks, and automation opportunities * Process maturity and governance assessment * Definition of functional and non-functional requirements * Support in demand prioritization and scope definition * Results-oriented, operationally efficient consulting mindset **Technical Assessment** * Evaluation of the client's current architecture * Analysis of technical feasibility of the proposed solution * Definition of integration architecture (APIs, ERPs, services) * Validation of technical, security, and compliance requirements * Assessment of performance, scalability, and infrastructure * Support in defining platform architecture (e.g., Lecom BPM/ECM) * Identification of technical risks and dependencies * Technical support to the sales team (pre-sales) **Expected Competencies** * Experience in **technical and functional assessments** * Ability to **map business processes** (AS IS / TO BE) * Knowledge of **solution architecture** (BPM, Automation, RPA, BI, CRM) * Experience in **pre-sales / sales engineering** * Understanding of **business rules and integrations** * Analytical, strategic, and operationally efficient mindset * Excellent communication skills and ability to **simplify technical topics** * Active listening and focus on the client's actual problem
