Responsible for structuring, implementing, and enhancing management methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the evolution of operational processes and strengthening the area's management model. Will monitor and deploy goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and managerial routines, developing dashboards and control panels to support decision-making. Also responsible for supporting process standardization, tracking strategic projects, promoting integration among departments and stakeholders, and developing initiatives focused on innovation, operational efficiency, and performance improvement. **Responsibilities and duties** * Structure, implement, and evolve management and continuous improvement methodologies; * Manage and deploy the area's management model (goals, KPIs, and routines); * Develop dashboards and managerial panels (Power BI, MS Project, and similar tools); * Support process standardization (procedures, standards, and technical instructions); * Deploy strategic goals in collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders; * Monitor strategic projects, ensuring timelines, alignment, and outcomes; * Act as a facilitator across departments, supporting management decisions and directives; * Develop and implement innovation and operational efficiency initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel; * Knowledge of Project Management, Budget Management, Process Management, and Continuous Improvement Methodologies is desirable.
