We are seeking an **Operational Assistant** to join our team in Belo Horizonte (BH). This professional will be responsible for verifying and closing supplier documents (DOCs) for payment of services rendered; requesting nursing technician schedules and transfers; and performing activities required by the Quality Management System. If you wish to grow within a collaborative, dynamic, and continuously improving environment, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify and close supplier DOCs for payment of services rendered; * Verify staff schedules; * Submit invoices to Finance, adhering strictly to submission deadlines and due dates; * Control and organize invoice due dates received from suppliers; * Verify and close DOCs within the established deadline; * Create spreadsheets containing financial data such as costs, discounts, surcharges, profits, etc.; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education * Completed high school education.
