Job Summary:
The Butcher Supervisor coordinates the team and operations of the meat department, ensuring product quality, customer service, sanitary compliance, and commercial performance, acting in both technical and managerial capacities.

The Butcher Supervisor is the professional responsible for coordinating the team and operations of the meat department, ensuring product quality, customer service, compliance with sanitary regulations, and strong commercial performance of the section. Works both in the technical area (cutting and preparation) and in people and process management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of meats;
* Manage inventory, losses, and product expiration dates;
* Support and perform meat cutting (beef, pork, poultry, and others) according to store demand and standardization;
* Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and food safety regulations (ANVISA, MAPA);
* Train and guide the team on cutting techniques, customer service, and good handling practices;
* Assist in purchase planning and order control with suppliers;
* Verify pricing, visual communication, and product presentation at the counter;
* Attend to customers and resolve sector-related inquiries or complaints;
* Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.

Technical Knowledge:
* Meat cutting (beef, pork, poultry, lamb, etc.)
* Meat preservation and storage techniques
* Sanitary legislation and health surveillance (GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices)

Compensation: R$1\.798,18 \- R$3\.370,75 per month
