Data-driven decision-making support **About the Company** An expanding business group in the multi-unit operations and management segment seeks a strategic professional to structure organizational processes and lead Artificial Intelligence applications across the business. **Role Mission** Map, structure, and optimize organizational processes; define inputs, flows, and outputs; implement continuous improvement routines; and apply Artificial Intelligence solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Process structuring * Map current processes and propose improvements * Define inputs, activities, responsible parties, and outputs * Create flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and manuals * Standardize routines across departments and units * Implement monitoring rituals and governance **Continuous Improvement** * Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies * Implement PDCA and Lean concepts * Develop and monitor performance indicators * Reduce rework and operational failures **Applied Artificial Intelligence** * Identify AI application opportunities in HR, Operations, Finance, and Implementation * Implement automation of repetitive tasks * Structure intelligent dashboards and reports * Support data-driven decisions * Establish best practices and governance for AI usage **Requirements** * Proven experience in process mapping and structuring * Experience with performance indicators and continuous improvement * Practical knowledge of automation and AI tools * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets * Experience building dashboards * Analytical and structured profile * Ability to influence managers and drive change **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in multi-unit operations, retail, or franchising * Experience in digital transformation * Knowledge of no-code tools such as Make or Zapier * Experience in data structuring and governance **Expected Profile** * Systems thinking * Strong analytical capability * Organization and discipline * Proactivity * Focus on efficiency and results Job Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance
