This position will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the institution's operational activities, ensuring efficient process execution and achievement of established goals. The role involves planning, organizing, and monitoring resources, teams, infrastructure, and administrative processes, promoting integration between academic and administrative sectors, and ensuring quality, productivity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with institutional strategic objectives. Does this opportunity match your profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, and supervise operational activities using schedules, priority definitions, and systematic monitoring of administrative and academic routines. * Manage and monitor the Infrastructure Master Plan, ensuring alignment with institutional demands, expansion projects, maintenance, and modernization. * Supervise campus physical infrastructure, conducting periodic inspections and requesting preventive and corrective maintenance. * Plan, monitor, and validate services performed by suppliers and third parties, ensuring quality, scope, and adherence to deadlines. * Coordinate and supervise the team under leadership, organizing shifts, activities, and ensuring proper functioning. * Manage the Technical-Administrative staff under direct leadership, including shift scheduling, workforce sizing, performance evaluations, feedback, and development. * Coordinate procurement, inventory, equipment, materials, and operational and laboratory supplies, with budgetary control and institutional compliance. * Coordinate service orders from opening to closure, monitoring indicators such as response time, costs, quality, and recurrence. * Prepare managerial and technical reports, ensuring institutional transparency and supporting audits and regulatory bodies. * Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to propose continuous process improvements. * Collaborate with strategic areas such as Procurement, Controller’s Office, Accounting, IT, Engineering/Maintenance, and Senior Management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably with specialization; * Prior experience in operations management and team leadership; * Experience monitoring performance indicators and making data-driven decisions; * Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, offering incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, with two monthly consultations free of charge * Conte Comigo Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is built based on several factors.
