




Job Summary: The professional will provide on-site and remote technical support to network users, managing hardware, software, and system security, as well as conducting training sessions and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Opportunity to conduct training sessions and enhance systems. **Work Schedule:** * When working on Saturdays: Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Monday off; * When not working on Saturdays: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical support to computer network users, either on-site or via telephone, including equipment assembly, repairs, and configuration, as well as usage guidance for available hardware and software. * Conduct training sessions for users on available applications and provide support in resolving issues. * Assemble equipment, deploy systems used by units, and conduct user training sessions. * Perform backups and implement other data security procedures. Install upgrade software and carry out additional adaptations or modifications to improve equipment performance. * Provide technical support for Windows and Linux systems, as well as system security. * Create users in the Tasy system, Active Directory (AD), and institutional email accounts. * Assist infrastructure support assistants and Tasy system support analysts, as needed. * Report incidents and non-conformities to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with institutional policies, attend training sessions, issue service orders for third parties when necessary, and log all activities performed during service order execution in the Tasy system, specifying start and end date/time for each activity. * Ensure adherence to departmental SLAs, and monitor and respond to emails and internal communications directed to the department. * Attend departmental meetings and, upon request by management, participate in interdepartmental meetings. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, and remote access software (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc); * Technical certification in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Ongoing undergraduate studies in Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related disciplines is a plus.
