Join our team and help build the future of our company! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your typical day:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users on Windows and Linux operating systems, resolving issues and clarifying doubts. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and drivers on users' machines. * Configure and manage local networks, including cabling, switches, and routers. * Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies. * Perform periodic backups and ensure data recovery when necessary. * Document technical procedures, configurations, and implemented solutions. * Conduct technical training for users on tools, systems, and IT best practices. * Maintain a knowledge base to guide users and the team. * Respond to and track technical tickets within defined service-level agreements. * Report identified issues to management for root cause analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** **Education:** Technologist, Technical, or similar technology-related courses, either ongoing or completed. * Experience in IT technical support. * Knowledge of Windows (10/11) and Linux (Ubuntu, Debian) operating systems. * Knowledge of computer hardware, including assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, including configuration of switches, routers, and basic firewalls. * Ability to clearly and concisely document technical procedures. * Familiarity with help desk tools and ticket management systems. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Practical experience in help desk support. * Experience supporting web systems and browsers. * Basic programming knowledge. * Additional courses in hardware, networking, operating systems, or technical support. **Additional Information** **From Day One:** * Reduced working hours – 40 hours per week; * On-site meals – no payroll deduction; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance. **After the probationary period, you will also receive:** * Meal allowance of R$ 336.00 – no payroll deduction; * Amil health insurance – with co-payment and 40% monthly premium subsidy; * DentalUni dental insurance; * TotalPass and VR Nutrition; * Performance bonuses and incentives; * Pharmacy benefits; * Econet Educacional (courses and postgraduate programs); * Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions. **Conveniences:** * Christmas basket; * 1-hour-and-30-minute lunch break; * On-site snack bar; * Game room; * Rest area; * Gifts for special occasions.
