Collaboration with internal departments and performance reporting A metallurgical industry is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Ponta Grossa. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person, telephone, or digital platform-based customer service, clarifying inquiries regarding products and services. Support the preparation of quotations, commercial proposals, and sales contracts. Monitor customer orders from request through product delivery. Update customer records in the company's system. Provide support in price, delivery timeline, and payment condition negotiations. Issue invoices, purchase orders, and other commercial documents. Track production progress and delivery in collaboration with internal departments. Prepare sales reports, goal tracking reports, and commercial performance reports. Assist in marketing initiatives and prospecting for new customers. Maintain organization of physical and digital files related to commercial activities. Previous experience as a Commercial Assistant, Sales Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Marketing Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
